Returns & Exchanges
[ONLINE ORDERS]
1. We do not offer refunds for returned items. Instead, eligible returns can be exchanged for store credit only.
2. Items must be returned in their original, unworn, and unwashed condition. Items showing signs of wear or damage may not be accepted.
3. All returns must be initiated within 7 days upon delivery.
4. Approved returns will be exchanged for store credit equal to the original purchase amount. Store credit can only be used for future purchases and has no cash value.
5. Certain items, such as clearance or promotional items, are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
6. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at hello@accent.sg or by WhatsApp at (+65) 87426863 with your order details and reason for return. Once approved, instructions will be provided.
7. Shipping costs for the return are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
8. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. Please ensure items are packaged securely.
9. We reserve the right to amend this return and exchange policy at any time without prior notice.
